Our legal documents are available in English only. The English text is the one that applies.
Deploy by Vimonto is a server management and deployment software service provided by Vimonto.

Deploy is a product of Vimonto and is not a separate legal entity. The Deploy Terms of Service govern use of the software, including Free accounts and subscriptions. For purchases through Polar, Polar is the merchant of record and authorised reseller identified at checkout; Vimonto remains the software provider. Marketplace purchases, where offered, also carry the specific seller and deal terms disclosed before purchase. Privacy, data processing, billing and acceptable use are explained in the corresponding Deploy policies.
For support, complaints, privacy requests, security reports or legal notices, email info@vimonto.nl and identify the relevant account or issue. Please do not include passwords or live access tokens. We will arrange an appropriate method if sensitive information is needed.
