Cookie policy

Version 1.0 Effective 7 October 2026

Deploy is a product of Vimonto. These documents are an agreement between you and Vimonto.

Our legal documents are available in English only. The English text is the one that applies.

This policy covers cookies and similar browser storage on https://deploy.vimonto.com and its dashboard. The operator is Luuk Dahlmans trading as Vimonto, Echterstraat 85, 6051 EZ Maasbracht, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce number 74936719. Contact info@vimonto.nl.

1 What cookies do

Cookies and similar technologies store or read information on your device. They can support sign-in, security, preferences and website measurement. Whether consent is needed depends on their purpose, not their name or whether they are first-party or third-party.

2 Necessary storage

We use necessary authentication, session and request-security storage to provide functions you request. Session and request-security information remains only for the applicable session or security-validation period; it expires or is invalidated when that function no longer requires it. A persistent sign-in preference, where you select one, remains for the period needed to provide that requested sign-in feature and can be revoked by signing out or clearing browser storage.

Privacy-choice storage remembers whether you accepted or rejected optional technologies. It is kept for no more than six months before we ask you to choose again, unless a shorter period is appropriate. A limited server-side consent record may remain as necessary to demonstrate compliance.

Necessary storage does not require consent where the applicable legal exemption applies. We do not describe an optional marketing or analytics identifier as necessary merely because it is useful to our business.

3 Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics for optional measurement of visits and website interactions, such as page views, navigation and device/browser characteristics. Analytics can involve identifiers and processing by Google outside the EEA, as described in our Privacy Policy and Google’s privacy information.

Common Google Analytics identifiers are described below. Names can include a property-specific suffix; their presence depends on the page, configuration, browser and your choice. This is a description of the relevant technology, not a representation that every identifier is set on every visit.

Identifier or category Purpose Lifetime limit
_ga Distinguish visitors for consent-based analytics Configured for no more than two years; browser restrictions or deletion may shorten this
_ga_ followed by the analytics property identifier Maintain analytics session information Configured for no more than two years; browser restrictions or deletion may shorten this
Deploy privacy preference Remember acceptance or rejection No more than six months
Necessary authentication and request-security storage Sign-in, authenticated sessions and protection of requested operations The applicable session, requested persistent sign-in or security-validation period

Analytics cookie lifetimes are separate from our limit of 14 months for retained user-level and event-level analytics data. We do not load optional Google Analytics tracking before consent. Refusing analytics must also prevent consent-dependent tracking requests; avoiding cookies alone is not necessarily sufficient.

See Google’s Privacy Policy and Google Analytics cookie information.

4 Google sign-in and Polar checkout

If you choose Google sign-in or proceed to Polar checkout, that provider may use storage necessary for the feature you request and may seek its own permission for additional technologies. Its privacy notice applies to its own service. Redirecting you to an external provider does not authorise unrelated tracking on Deploy.

No additional advertising or session-recording technology is authorised by this policy without an appropriate disclosure and prior consent where required.

5 Your choices

Use the cookie preference controls provided on the website to accept, reject or choose optional categories and reopen those controls to withdraw consent. Optional categories are disabled until you choose them. Rejecting optional tracking does not prevent use of core Deploy functions, and withdrawing consent is available without having to contact support.

You can also delete or block cookies in your browser. Blocking necessary storage may prevent sign-in or other requested functions. Browser controls are an additional option, not a substitute for our own withdrawal controls.

We update the information when technologies or purposes change and seek fresh consent where required before introducing a new optional purpose. For personal data rights and complaints, see the Privacy Policy or email info@vimonto.nl.
