Consumer withdrawal information

This page explains statutory withdrawal for Consumers buying Deploy online. A Consumer is an individual purchasing mainly outside their trade, business or profession. It is separate from ordinary cancellation of monthly renewal and from the seven-day Premium trial.

Your right to withdraw#

Where the statutory right applies, you may withdraw from the paid service contract within 14 days after the day the contract is concluded, without giving a reason. If applicable law gives you a longer period or more protection, that law applies. Starting the ongoing service does not by itself remove the right.

For purchases through Polar, Polar is the seller and merchant of record, under its Buyer Terms. Vimonto supplies Deploy. For a marketplace purchase, contact the seller shown in that order; its additional refund offer does not reduce statutory rights.

How to notify us#

Send a clear statement that you wish to withdraw to support@polar.sh for a Polar purchase. You may also send it to info@vimonto.nl, and Vimonto will help forward and resolve it. You may use the online withdrawal function provided for your purchase or another legally permitted notification method. A notice sent before the statutory deadline is timely under the applicable rules. You are not required to use a form or provide a reason.

Postal notices to Vimonto can be sent to: Luuk Dahlmans trading as Vimonto, Echterstraat 85, 6051 EZ Maasbracht, the Netherlands. Include your name, account email, order identifier if available and enough information to identify the purchase. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.

Effect of withdrawal#

The seller reimburses payments covered by the withdrawal without undue delay and within 14 days after being informed, normally by the original payment method. A different method requires your express agreement and must not cause extra fees.

If you expressly requested service to begin during the withdrawal period and received all required information, you may have to pay only a proportionate amount for the service actually supplied up to withdrawal, where law permits. If the conditions for this charge were not met, no deduction is made on that basis. The full monthly payment is not automatically non-refundable merely because you logged in.

Paid access may end when withdrawal takes effect. We will explain the effect on your account and available Free-plan access. Your independent servers are not cancelled or deleted by withdrawing from Deploy. The data return and deletion rights in the DPA and Data Export and Switching Policy continue to apply.

Optional withdrawal form#

You may copy the following form into an email or letter and complete the requested details. It is for exercising a right, not a requirement to use this exact wording.

To: Polar at support@polar.sh, with a copy to Vimonto at info@vimonto.nl; or Vimonto at Echterstraat 85, 6051 EZ Maasbracht, the Netherlands, for forwarding and assistance.

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the supply of the following service: Deploy by Vimonto.

Please include:

• the date the service was ordered;
• the consumer’s name;
• the consumer’s address;
• the date of this notice;
• the consumer’s signature, only if submitting the form on paper.

You may also provide your account email and order number to help us locate the purchase.
